The Evangelism Ministry at Pleasant Grove Church is dedicated to fulfilling the Great Commission by sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ. In partnership with church leadership, this ministry equips and mobilizes the congregation to reach the lost and unchurched within our community and beyond. Through intentional outreach and compassionate witness, we seek to lead others into a life-transforming relationship with Christ.

Our Purpose

The purpose of the Evangelism Ministry is to glorify God by actively seeking the lost and sharing the Good News of Jesus Christ. By equipping the saints for witness and engaging our community with compassion, this ministry seeks to expand God’s kingdom and build a unified church.

Gospel Proclamation

The Evangelism Ministry prioritizes the clear and faithful sharing of the message of salvation. Members are encouraged to use every opportunity to testify of God’s grace, ensuring that the hope of Christ is made known to all people.

Community Outreach

This ministry actively engages with the local community through service projects, neighborhood visitation, and special events. By meeting practical needs and building relationships, we create pathways to share the love of Christ in tangible ways.

Witness Training

The ministry is committed to equipping believers with the tools and confidence needed to share their faith effectively. Through training and resources, members learn how to articulate the Gospel and engage in meaningful spiritual conversations.

Follow-up & Integration

Evangelism extends beyond the initial witness to ensuring that new believers are supported and welcomed into the church family. This ministry works to connect seekers and new converts with discipleship opportunities for continued spiritual growth.
