Students applying for a scholarship must submit their application and have met all the above listed requirements by the 1st Sunday in July. The MBD Scholarship application and the necessary documentation must be POSTMARKED by the 1st Sunday in July. Applicants awarded scholarships will receive a notification letter by the 3rd Sunday in July.

Applicants must accept the awarded scholarship by the 1st Sunday in August by emailing the MBD Academic Excellence committee chair, Monica Dixon Perry, scholarship.committee@pgc-cary.org. If you do not accept the scholarship by the 1st Sunday in August, your scholarship will be revoked and granted to another applicant or kept for the following year's applicants and scholarships.
